We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office software and phone systems, and have experience in project coordination. As a Receptionist/Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including booking rooms and arranging refreshments
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with proofreading documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread accurately
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to coordinate projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
