Optical Receptionist And Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Optical Assistant to join our team. As an Optical Receptionist and Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patients and assisting with various administrative tasks in our optical office.

Some Duties:
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Coordinate and plan events related to optical services
- Provide excellent customer support and address patient inquiries
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Optical Receptionist/Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of order entry systems and computerized medical office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or retail setting
- Familiarity with optical terminology and products is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Note: All positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
