The Woodbridge, NJ office of Cipriani & Werner PC is currently seeking a full time, temporary, in office receptions/medical Records Legal Secretary. The position responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phones, preparing medical authorizations and subpoenas. The successful candidate will be detail oriented with exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
1-2 years of Legal Secretary experience required. Prior demonstrated experience and knowledge working in healthcare preferred. Proficiency with the following software products required: MS Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
