Your Impactful Role:
  • Warm Welcome: Extend a warm and courteous welcome by answering all incoming telephone calls and greeting residents, visitors, and colleagues according to facility policies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide valuable typing and clerical support to the Administrator and management team.
  • Efficient Communication: Skillfully manage telephone inquiries, ensuring callers are promptly transferred to the appropriate extensions or paging requested parties.
  • Keep It Current: Maintain up-to-date resident census activity reports, reflecting any changes.
  • Adapt and Contribute: Undertake additional duties as assigned, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to the team.
Qualifications:
  • Empathy: Possess a genuine capacity to empathize with and care for residents, addressing their social, emotional, physical, and mental concerns.
  • Team Player: Embrace the role of a collaborative team player, ready to adapt to evolving facility needs.
  • Administrative Acumen: Demonstrate proficiency in filing systems, telephone techniques, typing reports, and correspondence.
  • Multitasking Pro: Excel in multitasking while maintaining excellent English language skills, including grammar and spelling.
  • Education: Hold a high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Previous business office experience is preferred, along with typing or word processing skills.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass a criminal background check.
