Receptionist/ Medical Assistant

Medical Assistant provides a critical function in our healthcare office. The ideal candidate will be willing to room patients, make appointments, input medical records and perform a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, welcoming patients and answer questions.
• Take and enter patient information easily into computer system.
• Room patients and take .
• Greet new patients and inform them of accepted payments.
• Use judgment in dealing with patients and visitors.
• Perform other duties as supervisor requires.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• No weekends

Work setting:

• In-person

• Rockwall, TX 75087: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (Required)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (Required)
• Office experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
• Patient service: 1 year (Preferred)
