Salary**Front Desk Receptionist Bilingual Spanish**
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
-Check-in
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
**Experience:**
- Proficient in using Google Suite for email, calendar management, and document creation
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in office management or administrative support roles preferred
- Familiarity with insurance verification is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Familiarity with ECW EMR is a plus
