The Pelvic Place Physical Therapy is Physical Therapy practice that specializes in women's health and pelvic floor rehabilitation. We focus on the treatment of Gynecologic and Urologic dysfunctions.
This is a highly specialized, detail-oriented, Women's Health and Pelvic Floor Rehabiliation Physical Therapy practice that requires you to be able to use critical thinking skills independently to ensure the best outcomes in the patient experiences. (We treat bladder leakage, sexual pain, preganacy and postpartum impairments, etc) so it is essential that the employee feels VERY COMFORTABLE speaking about these topics. Office hours areMonday to Thursday from 8-7pm, the office is closed Friday to Sunday.
We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager (Preferably) to join our growing healthcare practice. The roles and responsibilities will include office Receptionist and Physical Therapy aide roles. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare management and be fluent in Spanish.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Medical Office, including supervising staff, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, handling insurance billing and claims, and ocassionally translate to/for our spanish speaking patients. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining best practices in patient care, customer service, and office efficiency.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL SKILLS.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Office Manager or similar role
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, detail, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects effectively
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or a related field is preferred
