Receptionist

Great company in San Diego is seeking a receptionist to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists with completing applications.
• Distribute name badges to visitors.
• Answer and transfer calls accordingly.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Schedule meetings
• Perform PC support and additional administrative duties as needed.
• Greet and assist all visitors.

Job Qualifications:

• Highschool Diploma
• 1 year minimum of prior experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Great communication Skills
