THE TYPE OF INSURANCE SPECIALIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• GED
• 1+ years of experience in dentistry front desk
• Ability to drive to the office daily

Possessing these qualifications would also be ideal:

• 2+ years of experience with dental insurance verification
• 1+ years of experience in an orthodontic office front desk

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR INSURANCE SPECIALIST

This specialist role works Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

When you work as an Insurance Specialist, you help patients access the care they need. Each day is spent reaching out to new patients, warmly engaging them to gather essential insurance information. With a keen eye for detail, you navigate insurance portals and make calls to verify benefits, ensuring accuracy and clarity for our patients. Once benefits are confirmed, you meticulously input the data into our software system, laying the foundation for smooth consultations and treatment processes. Throughout the day, you play a pivotal role in supporting consultations and providing patients with valuable insights into their insurance coverage. Collaboration is key as you work closely with our team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and billing procedures. As an integral part of our organization, you're committed to continuous improvement, constantly seeking ways to enhance our insurance processes for the benefit of our patients.
