Position: Legal Assistant
Location: Buffalo New York and surrounding suburbs
Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience
Job Description:
As a Legal Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our team, assisting attorneys with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing legal documents and correspondence
Organizing and managing legal files
Conducting research and drafting documents
Communicating with clients and scheduling appointments
Providing general administrative support
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
Previous Legal Assistant experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
