Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing phone calls and inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to callers and assist with inquiries
- Perform clerical duties such as filing or cashiering as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
