About the Opportunity:
Hospitality, Customer Satisfaction and Resident Relations are the most important responsibilities in this very visible position. In this key role, the Resident Services Coordinator interacts in a very positive, courteous and friendly manner with all guests, residents and employees of the community in a variety of ways.
What will you do:
· Attending to Resident needs and issues as they arise; communicating with appropriate departments to ensure a timely response/resolution.
· Follow-up on resident issues with Resident to ensure customer satisfaction,
· Respond appropriately and according to protocol to the Emergency Alert Pendant System (Cisor).
· Support a friendly, hospitable and welcoming environment for all residents and their families upon their arrival at Community.
· Support a friendly, team-spirited working environment with employees.
· Politely and promptly answer telephone calls.
· Maintain confidentiality of Resident information.
Why You Are Qualified:
The ideal candidate must have the following:
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred and;
· Up to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
