Valtir is hiring a Receptionist/HR Clerk for our Pell City, AL plant!
As a Receptionist/HR Clerk you will be responsible for front desk and HR clerical functions.
Monday – Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
What you will do:
Receive and relay phone calls, take messages, send and distribute faxes and place outgoing calls as directed.
- Greet, screen and direct visitors.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Order and stock supplies
- Process employee badges
- Maintain office equipment
- Perform HR and other clerical duties
What you will need:
High school graduate or equivalent required. One year Human Resource experience strongly preferred. One year general clerical experience required, including but not limited to typing, word processing, receptionist duties, filing, business math, correspondence composition and report preparation. Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Word required.
