POSITION SUMMARY
The Corporate Receptionist's primary responsibility is to meet and assist both Ladies and Gentlemen and external guests courteously and efficiently by giving a warm welcome, handling requests efficiently, and exceeding their expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Administrative Support
- Assist with the day-to-day operations in the office as required.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Department.
- Prioritize external and internal guests by greeting and assisting them accordingly.
- Provide refreshments to guests as requested.
- Responsible for managing meeting space and conference call schedules.
- Sort and distribute mail accordingly.
- Manage office expenses including restocking the kitchens.
- Manage the office cleaners and helpers.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of the pantry and office supplies and order as required.
- Responsible for sending, receiving and tracking daily shipment/s of documents through courier.
- Assist with filing documents as required.
- Coordinates with Office Building Management concerning maintenance requests, engineering or AC-related issues, and parking.
- Other duties and activities may be assigned based on business needs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years in an administration role, preferably with a hospitality or cruise background
- Professional manner and demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly responsible, able to act and make decisions independently
- Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm and engaging personality
- Computer literacy is a must, with a strong knowledge of MS Office
- Team player with strong initiative and self-direction
