Job Description
- Position objective and impact of the role: The Resource Coordinator position is responsible for working in a TEAM setting to provide qualified personnel to support internal and external Customers. This role has direct safety, quality, and financial impact to Siemens Energy.
· Primary accountabilities of the role that will drive the future employee's performance objectives:
o Recruiting
o Onboarding
o Coordinating assignments with employees and customers
o Ensuring job requirements/training for the assignments are met
o Coordinate that employees have the proper IT assets/tools to do their jobs
o Coordinate that employees get proper Siemens uniforms
o Proper assignment/data entry in Salesforce
o Communicating all Safety and HR issues immediately to management
o Following up with performance evaluations and ensuring proper action is taken and communicated for evaluation scores of 1 and 2, to improve employee’s performance
o Coordinate that employees, and SFSI, are paid for their services
o Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues to contribute to TEAM success at SFSI; including other tasks (not listed) that are requested by TEAM members and are within your skill set.
o Author and implement policies and procedures; update vendors and personnel as needed.
o Workforce planning & forecasting. Provide Resource support of SEI to identify both short-term and long-term resource requirements.

o Resource Coordinator reports directly to the SFSI Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility:
- Handle requests and provides customer service, guidance and complex support for qualified manpower needs. Coordinates activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs. Provides prioritization of scheduling requests to vendors. Identifies, recommends and helps sell services to customers.
- Independently performs full range of standard work for the professional field. Identifies and resolves problems and applies problem solving skills in a TEAM setting.
- Additional objectives of the position
- As the work load goes up and down due the cyclical nature of the manpower demands, the expectation is that the Resource Coordinator will support and assist their fellow Resource Coordinators with any of the roles listed as the job tasks below, depending on customer needs and urgency.
- Work together with other team members, for example: payroll and billing, to accomplish common SFSI goals.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- Required experience: 3-5+ years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and applied knowledge in a TEAM atmosphere, as presented above.
- Demonstrates a desire to work in a TEAM.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
