Position Title: Sr. Administrative Coordinator
Location: 100% Remote
Anticipated Start Date: 04-11-2024

Expected Duration: 06 Plus Months (Contract)
Job Type: [FULLTIME (>=30 HOURS WEEKLY], [CONTRACT], [ONSITE]
Pay Range: $20/hr to $23/hr

Job Description:
The Sr Coordinator Admin Services is responsible for coordination and administrative support, as well as reporting assistance. We are looking for a collaborative, organized and detail-orientated team member to support our Talent team. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, intellectually curious, and eager to support efforts across the entire team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination, Logistics & Administrative Support:
- Manage attendance, registrations, reporting, materials mailing/swag for internal virtual training events.
- Monitor courses, enrollment, completions, and reporting, including data entry of attendance and auditing assignments in the Oracle Learning Management System.
- Support the documentation of courses in the Talent catalog and training related initiatives in the Project Tracker.
- Serve as Talent team initial point of contact for internal customer support and learning systems related email inquiries. Maintain 48-hour Service Level Agreement metrics.
Reporting:
- Maintain LMS of colleagues tracking historical record of training classes attended; Capture the class attendance and trend the demand.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned at Manager’s discretion
Education & Experience:
- Typically requires general education and a minimum of 1-2 years administrative or HR related work experience
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent organizational, time-management and follow-up skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter who is detail oriented and displays resourcefulness
- Ability to quickly learn, navigate and support technology platforms
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain flexibility in a fast paced, growing business environment
- Intellectually curious and demonstrates learning agility with keen resourcefulness
