Responsibilities
- Acts as office receptionist.
- Accepts incoming telephone calls, takes messages, schedules consulting arborists appointments, deals with client billing questions or refers to appropriate parties as required.
- Processes incoming payments and assists with accounts receivable.
- Enters purchase orders for office supplies and assists with arborist gear inventory.
- Dispatches seasonal mailings.
- Opens and distributes daily mail.
- Keeps his/her supervisor’s business calendar updated and reminds him/her of scheduled functions, appointments and reports due date.
- Composes correspondence for manager and/or representative within general guidelines as directed.
- Is familiar with company policy and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Assists Permit Specialist with tree removal and temporary street use permit applications.
- Assists HR Manager with employee communications and events.
- Prints and prepares employee training materials.
- Responsible for sending out daily customer reminders.
- Pick up and delivery of mailings and / or supplies and gear.
- Assists with scheduling and tracking vehicle and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinates and schedules equipment rentals for upcoming projects
- Places Utility Locate Requests for upcoming projects weekly
- Assists with various tasks and errands as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
