We are seeking a candidate for the Receptionist position in our Salem, Oregon office. We also have office locations in Canby and Eugene that this candidate will interact with on a day-to-day basis.

Position Overview
The Receptionist/Scheduler will act as a client-centered team member that will be involved in activities that help Falcon Ridge Wealth Management cultivate a five-star experience. This team member will be highly involved in scheduling and confirming client appointments, in addition to managing incoming calls for the entire firm. As part of this role, the Receptionist will assist with other administrative duties that aim to provide a high-valued client experience. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to work in a high-paced environment, capable of completing a high volume of scheduling activities at a high-quality rate of efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling client appointments.
- Confirming client appointments, by phone, e-mail, or via the advisor texting platform.
- Answering the organizational phone line, and documenting outcomes of conversations to refer information to other team members.
- Maintaining of records in client management system (Ameriprise CRM).
- Documenting outcomes of client interactions in Ameriprise CRM.
- Coordinating with advisors to ensure that their scheduling preferences and model weeks are considered with scheduling appointments.
- Assisting in calendar management for team members.
- Reviewing and updating client information within internal systems, as necessary.
- Assisting the Client Service Associates that are working remotely and in the office.
- Providing assistance to other practice team members, as requested.
- And other administrative duties as assigned.
