Arbors Management Inc. has a full-time opening for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. This customer facing position will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, mail distribution within the corporate office, managing all office supplies, processing homeowner insurance renewals and assisting our Multifamily housing director with various administrative tasks.

Typical work hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and will include a hybrid work schedule working from home 2 days per week and in the office 3 days per week.
Successful outcomes of the Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will include:
- Answering all incoming calls and directing callers to the appropriate department
- Ensuring all incoming mail is distributed throughout the corporate office to the correct people
- Maintaining common areas of the office including the kitchen, conference room and reception area for cleanliness and organization
- Maintaining adequate supplies including office and kitchen supplies
- Ensuring all property homeowner insurance policies remain current and active
- Properly coding incoming bills for a group of properties
- Completing other administrative tasks as assigned in a timely manner
Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Technology savvy with computers and phone systems
- Ability to de-escalate upset visitors and route their complaints accordingly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug and background screens
