Receptionist - Administration

We are looking for a Receptionist to join the Administration team! Under the direction and supervision of the Communications and Marketing Director, the Receptionist is responsible opening and closing building, performing clerical duties for the Administration office, answering the site phone and managing the reception desk, and providing support to clinical sites through completion of administrative tasks.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Location: Midvale & Valencia

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED plus one (1) year full-time experience performing front desk duties.
