Van Collision Center is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier/Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and performing various clerical tasks.
```Duties:```
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
- Perform data entry and order entry tasks accurately
- Process payments and provide receipts to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
```Experience:```
- Previous experience as a cashier, receptionist, or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
