Receptionist (East Valley) Full Time
Busy East Valley Collision Center seeking an energetic, personable and proficient person to fill an entry level Receptionist position. Position is full time. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance offered after 90 days.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls on multi-line phone system and directing calls to the correct department
- Provide a friendly initial contact for all customers, whether on the phone or in person
- Greeting customers and checking them in and out
- Assisting Estimators with administrative duties
- Posting invoices and payments to repair orders
- Scan and file documents
- Filing and other general office duties as needed
Job Requirements:
- Punctual / dependable
- Positive, friendly and outgoing
- Organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Automotive industry experience a plus but not necessary (we will train)
