Position Overview:
As a Service Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience by scheduling appointments, greeting customers, and assisting with inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate service advisor
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service advisor's calendar
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and cashier duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every visitor
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
