Dental Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations at the front desk. Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic software
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update medical history as necessary
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical records management is a plus
