Job Description:
We are currently seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Responding to inquiries and providing information to callers or visitors.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff.
- Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms.
- Managing office supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Providing general administrative support to staff as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
