The Ark Veterinary Clinic is looking to add new teammates to our incredible growing team! Client Care Advocates will be responsible for providing outstanding client care including client education, answering telephones, greeting and assisting clients, gathering client and patient information, keeping clients up to date on their pet’s status, filling medications, and conducting efficient client check-in and checkout. Preference will be given to individuals who have worked in the veterinary field. Candidates should be warm and welcoming to our clients as they are the main face of the clinic and responsible for the majority of client communication to the team.

The Ideal candidate will have or be willing to crosstrain as a receptionist and a veterinary assistant.
At least 18 months in the veterinary field is a plus.
Four 9 hour shifts a week with the willingness to cover if necessary.
