Dental Receptionist

Our friendly general practice is growing, and we are seeking a part-time receptionist. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to grow in the dental industry. This position could grow into full-time at some point if you wish. We pride ourselves on our positive work culture, where we all work well together as a team. Qualifications for this position are;

· Ability to multi-task

· Punctuality, reliability

· Some dental experience is preferred.

Duties to include but not limited to:

· Warmly greeting patients and checking them out

· Collecting and processing payments

· Scheduling and confirming appointments.

· Managing our hygiene protocol

· Answering phones, taking messages, handling patient questions

· Managing patient registrations and patient records

· Works with Office Manager on daily tasks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
