APR owns 3 businesses all under 1 company so being detailed orientated is a huge part of the reception role.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our office. If you have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

```Responsibilities```

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Schedule appointments and manage calendars

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, job permits

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Provide support to other departments as needed

- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
