Summary:
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a desire to obtain on-the-job experience in a law firm. This position is primarily responsible for receptionist duties, greeting clients, and overall facilities maintenance of the office. This position will work under the supervision of the Office Administrator. Due to the nature of this role, the Receptionist will be required to work in the office 5 days a week.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer main switchboard
- Greet and serve clients
- Schedule and maintain conference rooms
- Set up conference rooms for meetings
- Order and set up food for meetings
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and other common office areas
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and electronic file maintenance
- Order, receive, and stock office supplies
- Other duties as assigned
- Some duties may require in-office presence.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of prior receptionist experience
- Intermediate computer skills preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload and projects
- Must be able to lift a 40-pound banker’s box
- Prior law firm experience preferred.
