Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products
- Assist accounts payable department with processing and entering vendor invoices.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role
- Must be familiar with using computers and various software
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional support to clients and visitors
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional appearance and demeanor
