Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
• Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products
• Assist accounts payable department with processing and entering vendor invoices.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
• Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role
• Must be familiar with using computers and various software
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional support to clients and visitors
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Professional appearance and demeanor
