We are a busy multi-provider audiology clinic within an ENT practice seeking a dedicated, motivated and friendly Audiology Receptionist. If you are a dependable, hard working individual with a warm and positive attitude who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment, this may be the job for you.
Responsibilities will include:
- Shipping and receiving audiology equipment (hearing aids & accessories)
- Preparing hearing devices prior patient appointment
- Verifying insurances
- Maintaining records related to patients, supplies, equipment and clinical activities
- Greeting patients
- Answering and routing phone calls on a multi extension phone system
- Payment processing on accounts
- Scheduling appropriately with multi-provider specialty practice
- Must be able to reliably commute to our office
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills required
- Microsoft Office programs preferred
- Medical practice experience preferred

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
