Front Desk Receptionist:
Join our growing security team as a Front Desk Receptionist! We're seeking an enthusiastic individual who can set the tone for our initial conversation with new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a high propensity for multi-tasking, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills. Representative would primarily be fielding incoming phone calls, and routing them to the proper channels: sales, customer service, or billing. The receptionist will be tasked with keeping adequate records of incoming calls and making decisions on where it gets routed. Other light clerical tasks will be included within the role's responsibilities.

Qualifications:
· Experience with Microsoft Office - Specifically Word and Excel
· Experience in a customer service role
· Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
· Customer-centric, positive attitude with a passion for helping people
· Time Management Skills
· Industry Experience is a plus, but not necessary
Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
· Discern the proper channel for the incoming calls to be routed to
· Keep adequate records of incoming calls
· Assist billing with incoming and outgoing correspondence from clients
· Manage sales lead distribution
· Continuously strive to improve the customer experience
