Receptionist

Serve as the main coordinator greeting all clients, guests, and others who call or come to the agency.
Receives calls and gives information to callers, screens and routes calls to the appropriate destination,
To perform clerical services for Administrator as needed and to assist other staff personnel with calls or typing tasks as is appropriate.
Type memos, evaluations, staff meetings minutes and other reports as assigned.
Receive and post all incoming mail to appropriate boxes.
Order and distribute office supplies, keeping inventory of supplies.
Make copies of all forms and keep appropriate amounts supplied in files.
Handles Office sales & maintains sales receipts and deposits for the Screaming Owl Products.
Coordinates & schedules vehicle usage for campus vans.
Shall perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Must be a Graduate of a business school, college, or university with at least one (1) year of previous secretarial experience. This qualification can also be met if there is other experience which provides the desired knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the position’s essential duties and responsibilities.
Must be responsible for performing secretarial and clerical work requiring independent judgment with speed and accuracy.
Must have knowledge and the ability to communicate freely and positively either through letters, telephone or in person.
Must have extensive skills in data processing.
Must possess a strong sense of maturity and integrity in working with staff, youth and the public.
Must be able to maintain a degree of confidentiality in regards to the personnel and youth records.
