Receptionist

• Act as first point of contact for all guests and clients
• Restock needed paperwork for client and volunteer intake files.
• Schedule intake appointments.
• Providing clerical support to administration and members of the management team.
• Assist community volunteers and clothing closet needs.
• Keep up-to-date the “Community Resource” books. Be available to assist clients and staff with community resource information.
• Participate in all agency fundraisers.
• Restock all program brochures, business cards, and monthly calendars as needed.
• Facilitate / Co-facilitate classes as needed.
• Perform duties as outlined in Training Manual.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 22 per week
