Front Desk Receptionist

We are actively seeking a full time Front Desk Receptionist for our busy urgent care facility. Duties include greeting patients, performing check-in and check-out, collecting payments, answering phones and scheduling appointments. Previous medical office experience a plus. Must be proficient on a computer as we use an electronic health record. Excellent customer service skills an asset. Hours will vary based on need, but may require some Saturdays and Sundays. Candidates must have a high school diploma. Some college preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
