Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants in finding their ideal rental property. Your excellent sales and communication skills will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome prospective tenants, providing them with information about available rental units
- Conduct property tours, highlighting the features and benefits of each unit
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate and detailed information about rental properties
- Assist prospective tenants with the application process, including collecting necessary documents and conducting background checks
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
- Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance the tenant experience
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively market our rental properties
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective tenants
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong negotiation skills to secure lease agreements
- Knowledge of the local rental market and industry trends
- Proficient in public speaking to confidently present rental properties to prospective tenants
- Familiarity with dealership processes is an advantage
