We are looking for a skilled, highly professional Property Manager that embodies the spirit of the company.
This position will have dual responsibilities as a Property Manager and Inside Sales Agent. Must have valid Real Estate License and live in the area.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
- Inspect and coordinate maintenance repairs to meet housing standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, clients, and staff
- Negotiate leases/contracts with tenants in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
- Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends
- Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
- Up-to-date market knowledge
- Perform inside sales duties
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in property management
- 3+ years sales experience
- A thorough understanding of property management and its financial aspects
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and relevant databases and software
- A valid real estate agent/broker license preferred
