Leasing Manager/Assistant Property Manager

You have/are:

• 2+ years of experience in office management or equivalent
• A quick learner
• Excellent computer and tech skills, Excel savvy a bonus
• Property management industry experience

Your job would include:

• Regular interactions with Property Managers, maintenance technicians, office staff and residents
• Answering the phone and scheduling tours
• Taking maintenance service request and resident complaints
• Assisting Property Managers in various tasks such as copies, mailings, phone calls and ledger details
• Touring homes with prospects
• Miscellaneous administrative tasks
• Assisting regional manager in property management
• Move in and move out inspections

Full-time Hours

You would be expect to "run" the office from 9-5, M-F. There may be times slightly outside of those hours that you'd be needed to attend to tasks at our various properties around Thurston County.
