You are a people-person, and as our Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for marketing and leasing. You will focus on promoting the company's professional standards of quality. As a team player, you will assist your colleagues with special projects and administrative tasks as well as maintaining the property and maximizing the financial returns.

What you'll be doing as a Storage Leasing Agent:
● Greet self-storage customers and answer phones & email
● Show & rent out storage units
● Complete the lease paperwork
● Collect and apply payments
● Sweep and make ready vacant storage units
● Turn Leads and Reservations into rentals
Are you qualified?
● High School education or equivalent
● Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
● You have previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software
● Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property

Hours, Pay, & Location:
Our flexible schedule is perfect for someone who would like to boost their income without a big commitment; this position is to cover for the Manager, and is generally less than 20 hours a week, with additional hours available as needed.
Fridays 3pm-5pm
Saturdays 9am-5pm paid lunch 1pm-2pm
Sundays 12pm-5pm
Pay: $20.00
