JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is eligible to work remotely following onsite training in St. Paul, MN. Employees must reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota, and have a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work free from interruptions.
Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in direct customer/patient service, or one year of experience internally within the Regions Radiology Department.
- Reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota, and have a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work free from interruptions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of post-secondary education in healthcare or business administration.
- Healthcare scheduling experience.
- Epic electronic medical record system experience.
This is a non-union 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) day shift position. The full salary range for this position is $19.26-$28.89 per hour, based on experience and internal equity. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is eligible for benefits.
