Education and Experience Required
• Required to either hold an associate degree or be a current Knute Nelson Home Health Aide.
• Must complete and pass a state required background study.
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing to the extent required by the position.
• Able to physically perform the duties required by the position.
• Required to have the ability to read, write and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule Home Health Aide visits. Schedule other discipline visits as directed by Regional Mangaer
• Schedule clinical visits per plan of care.
• Ensure fiscal responsibility by following and adjusting clinical territories and taking drive time/mileage into consideration.
• Schedule supervisions per policy.
• Hold close communication with employees, clients and families.
