Purchasing Assistant for ECommerce Business
1. Product research: Conducting research on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitors to identify profitable product opportunities.
2. Distributor, direct brand owner and vendor research through the techniques will be given during trial period
3. Order fulfillment: Managing and processing customer orders, including picking, packing, preparing, and shipping products, handling returns and customer service inquiries.
4. Customer service: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
5. Inventory management: Monitoring and updating product inventory levels, reordering products as needed, and tracking sales and stock levels.
6. Placing order: Placing new order and receiving the order deliveries and communicating with the vendors for defective, missing items and all issues related to the orders to resolve problems.
7. Creating Listings and Listing optimization: Creating, editing, and optimizing product listings to ensure they are accurate, appealing, and in compliance with eBay, Amazon and Walmart’s policies.
8. Other administrative tasks: Assisting with other tasks as needed, such as setting up and managing email campaigns, updating product information on other marketplaces, and handling bookkeeping and accounting.
9. Being responsible for coordination of warehouse operations and employees
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.22 - $21.26 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
