EPIQORE workforce solution is recruiting for a Purchasing Admin for our client in Livermore, CA. The position is full time/direct and our client is in the business of turn key manufacturing and distributions.
SUMMARY
Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine support activities in the technical support function.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manager daily purchasing administrative functions
- Work with IQC and vendors to process RMAs
- Manage relationships with suppliers
- Utilize negotiation skills to obtain the best vendor terms, pricing and delivery based on specific budget and schedule requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or relevant field
- Experience purchasing office supplies and other essential material
- Minimum of 2 years of purchasing related experience or demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above-mentioned tasks.
- Solid Technical Skills – working knowledge of MS Office 365
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytic mindset
- Outstanding organizational skills

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
