Gateway Management company is currently looking for a Property Manager for our Cypress Trace apartments an apartment community located in Bay Minette, AL. This position is responsible for managing daily operations of a 40 unit, 55+ affordable community. Responsibilities include but are not limited to general administration, compliance, maintenance of the property, and management of employees to achieve the financial and occupancy goals of the community.
Requirements – Two years of previous property management experience with tax credit/LIHTC experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred. Must have strong computer skills, Onesite experience a plus. Ideal candidate for this position will be extremely professional and have great communication skills, and possess the ability to effectively work with all types of people.
