Property Manager And Cleaner

We are looking for both experienced Property Manager and Housekeeper/cleaner to meet our growing needs. Please submit your resume and specify which position you are applying for.

Job Duties for Property Manager:

- Oversee the daily operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.

- Market and advertise available units to attract prospective tenants.

- Conduct thorough tenant screenings and background checks.

- Prepare and execute lease agreements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Collect rent payments and handle delinquencies in a timely manner.

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.

- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a safe and pleasant living environment.

- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and maintenance standards.

- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, tenant interactions, and property maintenance.

Job Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred.

- Knowledge of property leasing laws and regulations.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (OneSite preferred).

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

Job Duties for housekeeper/Cleaner:

Responsible for general cleanliness throughout the property

Trash collection and removal

Vacuuming

Cleaning windows/ledges

Washing soiled items

Making beds

Keeping restrooms stocked and cleaned

Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements in areas

Dusting furniture/desks and fixtures

Maintains flexibility of work hours to accommodate the needs of Studio Operations and Studio Production

Be able to constantly bending and lifting supplies up to 30LBs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,629.00 - $40,383.00 per year
