Job Description
The Bees360 Project Scheduler is responsible for contacting homeowners and other parties to coordinate the date and time of property inspections conducted via drone and Bees360 technology on behalf of insurance companies.Duties/Responsibilities:• Effectively communicates with Insureds, Insurance Agents, Inspectors, and Internal personnel to arrange inspections.• Initiates first contact with Insured(s) and/or applicable point of contact within 12hrs.• Utilizes scheduling dashboard to schedule inspections based on priority algorithm.• Works with the Insureds to find optimal time for inspection given weather conditions, pilot proximity and schedule, and Insureds availability.• Continuous follow-up attempts to make contact for scheduling.• Communicates with internal parties to resolve scheduling barriers that are present including, but not limited to, inability to make contact with the insured, inspector outside of set range, and FAA drone authorization areas.• Handles phone calls, emails, and texts.• Fosters a positive atmosphere of professionalism, collaboration, and support.• 40 hours weekly minimum required plus expanded hours when business needsarise.• Other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Adept customer service skills• Strong organizational skills• Ability to work independently and as a team• Ability to shift priorities and focus as the needs ariseEducation and training required (Minimum academic, commercial, and technicalqualifications needed for performing duties of job):☒ High school diploma/GED☐ Associate degree☐ Bachelor’s degree☐ Graduate (Master’s degree, JD, or Ph.D.)☐ Certification (Adjuster, FAA Part 107, CPA, CFA, SHRM-CP, etc.)Please specify:Years of experience (Minimum previous experience required for performing the job):☒ 0-1☐ 1-3☐ 3-5☐ 5+Physical requirements:• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.• Verbally communicating via phone for 90% of the working shiftOur employment practices are in accord with the laws which prohibit discrimination due to race, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, religion, age, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, veteran status, active military status, citizenship status, marital status or any other consideration made unlawful by federal, state, or local laws.
