We are revolutionizing the construction industry and transforming client expectations by obsessing over the basics of budget oversight, schedule enforcement, compliance, vendor management, and stakeholder communication.
Role Overview:
We're seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and manage schedules for multiple projects, ensuring they meet our strategic goals. This role requires excellent communication skills to serve as a bridge between our team and stakeholders, and proficiency in scheduling software like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors.
- Analyze risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of scheduling experience in construction or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
