Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Project Coordinator in Rancho Cucamonga, CA
The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager in managing project documents to include but not limited to meeting agendas and notes, bids, contracts, change orders, RFI's, submittals, shop drawings, schedules, and budgets. Handling of said project documents must be executed in a thorough, accurate and timely manner to aid in successful project completion on budget and on time.
Needs to come from a General Contractor
REQUIREMENTS
* Min 3 years' experience working as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry
* Proficient on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Procore and BidMail experience preferred
* Technology savvy
* Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
* Extremely organized and attentive to detail.
* Maintain project filing, including electronic formats
* Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling, and telephone skills
* Professional, self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented with the flexibility and ability to prioritize, adjust to changes, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to handle confidential information
* Must possess strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up
* Must be team-oriented and able to work with a variety of people in a fast-paced environment
