JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a detail oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Construction Project Coordinator. ABI Construction is a rapidly growing roofing contractor servicing customers throughout Southern California.
- Oversee and manage Construction Projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Communicate with sales reps regularly about project statuses and steps needed to complete projects.
- Coordinate with field supervisors to ensure timely payments are made and special instructions are being enforced.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during Construction Projects.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Project Management
- Construction Experience Preferred
- Strong time management skills
- Spanish speaking
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
