This is a hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 day remote) in Canonsburg, PA.
We are looking for a 12-month contract Project Coordinator to join the leading provider of wireless infrastructure growing network reliability for people nationwide. The Project Coordinator supports fast past deployment projects by tracking project deliverables, compiling and analyzing data and reporting. This is an office desk-based position.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Project Team with tracking projects, compiling and analyzing data, and reporting
Creating jobs in system, forecasting recognition dates within the system, generating and issuing PO’s, billing customers and following up to ensure timely payment
Supports the Project Management team building and providing trackers by analyzing and interpreting daily metrics
Experience & Qualifications:
One year of Administrative or Project Support experience
Experience analyzing and interpreting daily metrics
Advanced Excel (V-look ups, pivot tables, etc. and reporting expertise, a must)
Ability to work In fast paced environment
